General Participation: I consent to my child participating in the Bricks and Buddies LEGO® Club – School Holiday Event, supervised by volunteers with valid child safety clearances. I understand that activities may involve small parts, presenting potential choking hazards, and building tools or accessories that may carry a minor risk of injury.
Medical Consent: In the case of an emergency, I authorise club coordinators and volunteers to administer first aid or arrange medical treatment for my child if I am unavailable.
Release and Indemnity: I release and hold harmless the Bricks and Buddies LEGO® Club, its volunteers, coordinators from any claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise in connection with my child’s participation. This includes, but is not limited to, claims relating to negligence by any involved party.
Photography and Video Consent: I give permission for the Bricks and Buddies LEGO® Club to use photographs or video recordings of my child taken during the event in publications, promotional materials, or media releases. I understand there will be no compensation, and I waive the right to approve final use of such images.
Club Format: I acknowledge that the Bricks and Buddies LEGO® Club is designed to encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and peer connection. It is a recreational activity and not a formal class or structured teaching program.
