Building Rental at Wongan Community Care offers a collaborative space for allied health workers, clinical practitioners, and professional staff dedicated to providing child-based services. Our facility enhances community access to essential therapies, ensuring a supportive environment for both practitioners and families. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in using the WCC/WHTG building. Our space supports services that benefit the local community, particularly children, families, and individuals accessing therapeutic or wellbeing support. 1. Eligibility The building may be booked by qualified professionals and service providers, including (but not limited to) occupational therapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, counsellors, allied health professionals, and wellbeing practitioners. All services must align with WCC/WHTG values and community wellbeing. 2. Bookings Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability and approval. Regular bookings may be arranged. WCC/WHTG programs take priority where required. 3. Fees & Payment Room hire fees will be confirmed prior to booking. All services must be invoiced (no cash payments). Payment terms will be provided on confirmation. 4. Use of Space The space must be used respectfully and only for the agreed purpose. Users are responsible for leaving rooms clean, returning furniture and equipment, and disposing of rubbish appropriately. 5. Safety & Responsibility Providers must hold relevant qualifications, registrations, and insurance. Client supervision and safety are the provider’s responsibility. Any hazards, damage, or incidents must be reported promptly. 6. Child Safety All providers working with children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Services must be delivered in a safe and professional manner. 7. Access & Keys Access details will be provided before your booking. Keys must not be shared or copied. Lost keys must be reported immediately. 8. Cancellations Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes. Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings. 9. Shared Space This is a shared community facility. Please be mindful of noise, privacy, and other users. 10. Agreement By booking the WCC/WHTG building, you agree to comply with these guidelines and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
